ISSA Show Networking Platform Mobile App Sweepstakes

No purchase necessary. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited or restricted.

1.    Eligibility.  YOU HAVE NOT YET WON.  The ISSA 2025 Mobile App Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Informa Exhibitions U.S. Construction & Real Estate, Inc. (“Informa”) . The Sweepstakes is open to those 21 years of age or older at time of entry and legal residents of the United States (including the District of Columbia), Canada, Mexico, and China who are registered exhibitors or attendees of ISSA Show North America in Las Vegas, Nevada from November 11 -13, 2025 (the “Show”) or (ii) any individual who enters via either entry method below. An invitation to enter the Sweepstakes does not indicate automatic qualification. Employees of Informa and its agents, affiliates, subsidiaries and parent companies, sales representatives, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies, and members of the immediate families or households of each are not eligible to participate. 

2.    Entry. The Sweepstakes entry period begins on or about November 8, 2025 at or around 12:01 AM MST and closes on or about November 13, 2025 at or around 1:00 PM MST (“Entry Period”). There are two (2) ways to enter during the Entry Period. Entry Method One: Registered attendees and exhibitors of the Show, to the extent they have not already done so, must download the ISSA Show Networking Platform Mobile App from the app store (“App”), and activate their record by creating a profile and password.  Exhibitors and attendees were provided a link to the App in their registration confirmation email, and QR codes will also be available on the Show floor for entrants to download the App as well. Once logged into the App, entrants may take any of the following actions for one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes: (a) connect with another user on the App, (b) set up an appointment at the Show with another user on the App, and (c) bookmark a session at the Show. If an attendee or exhibitor has already registered for the App, and taken any of the above actions, they will be automatically entered into the Sweepstakes, and no further action is required. Entry Method Two: Enter the Sweepstakes by emailing info@issashow.com with the subject line ISSA Show Networking Platform Mobile App Sweepstakes, including your first and last name, your email address, and your phone number. All entries must be received by November 13, 2025. Limit one entry per person. Email address can only be used for one entry only. No mechanically reproduced entries or facsimiles allowed. Informa is not responsible for late, lost, damaged, illegible, incomplete, misdirected, or other indecipherable or unreadable entries. Entrants cannot establish multiple profiles on the App in order to earn multiple Sweepstake entries. In the event of a dispute about entries submitted by multiple individuals using the same email account or the same App profile, entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized App account owner and/or subscriber of the email account used to enter the Sweepstakes at the actual time of entry. Proof of entry submission will not be deemed proof of receipt by Informa. The authorized App account owner/email account subscriber is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned an email address for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Multiple entries per email address or any use of robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed, or similar entry methods or agents (including, but not limited to, sweepstakes entry services) are prohibited and will void all entries by that entrant. Entrants assume all risk of lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or illegible entries. All entries and information contained therein become the property of Informa and will not be returned.

3.    Selection of Winner. One (1) winner will be selected in one (1) random drawing on or about December 1, 2025 from among all eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted by Informa or its designee, whose decision is final and binding on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on total number of eligible entries received. The winner will be notified on or about December 1, 2025 by email and/or telephone. If a winner(s) cannot be reached within 48 hours of first attempt, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner(s) selected. Informa and its agents are not responsible for (i) any typographical or other error in the printing, offering or announcement of the prizes, (ii) lost, late or invalid entries, (iii) electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, or delay in operations, (iv) transmission, theft, destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entries, (v) technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer hardware or software malfunctions, (vi) limitations of any kind or inaccurate transmissions, (vii) failure to receive entry or other Sweepstakes related information by entrants due to technical problems, or (viii) any conditions arising from the events beyond their reasonable control.  

4.    Prizes. The winner of the Sweepstakes will win a two (2) night hotel stay at the Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas, Nevada. This must be redeemed on any Friday-Saturday between January 9, 2026, and November 19, 2026.  This is subject to hotel availability, and winner must work with Informa’s housing team to finalize reservation details. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the hotel stay is $550, subject to change.  The winner will also be reimbursed for two (2) flights to Las Vegas up to a maximum of $1,250. The winner must provide documented proof of travel in order to receive the reimbursement, and is not entitled to the full value of the travel stipend if the cost of their flights fall below the $1,250 threshold. The ARV of the total prize package is $1,800. Prizes are not transferable. Prize is subject to product and Informa availability. Informa reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. No prize transfers, cash redemption, or substitutions except as provided herein. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable will result in forfeiture of prize.

5.    By entering, entrants agree to abide by and be bound the App’s Terms of Service,  these Official Rules, and the decisions of the judges of the Sweepstakes. Entrants understand they may be contacted by other users of the App, and understands and agrees Informa is not liable for any acts or omissions of other App users. Entrants consent to the use of their name, photographs and/or likeness for advertising and promotional purposes, worldwide, in perpetuity, in connection with this Sweepstakes and the Show, by Informa, its affiliates, without additional compensation (unless prohibited by law). The winner will be responsible for all applicable taxes on their prize. The winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release, provide valid identification by the winner’s state, and provide a completed W-9 no later than seven days of issuance or prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Sweepstakes and all related published ads, promotional materials, online and printed entry forms are the property of Informa. Copying or unauthorized use of any copyrighted materials, trademarks, or other intellectual property without the express written consent of the owner is strictly prohibited.

6.    Release of Liability. All entrants agree to hold harmless and release Informa and its agents, parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, contractors, employees, and all others associated with the development and execution of this Sweepstakes (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any and all existing or future, alleged or actual, claims, actions, losses, injuries, damages, and liabilities with respect to or in any way arising from this Sweepstakes; (i) from participating in any Sweepstakes related activity, including traveling to and attending the Show, (ii) use of the App and any interaction with other users on the App, and (iii) awarding, delivery, mis-delivery, acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize, including liability for personal injury, bodily injury (including wrongful death or disability), damage to property, and damage or loss of any kind. Released Parties are not liable or responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users, by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in the Sweepstakes, or by any technical or human error that may occur in the Sweepstakes. Released Parties assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications-line failure, or theft of, destruction of, unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries. Released Parties are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment or computer software, or for failure of email or entry on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or combination thereof (including injury or damage to any entrant’s or to any person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in the Sweepstakes, use of the App, or downloading or uploading materials from/to the websites). Released Parties are not responsible for user cheating or fraud by any entrants. Any activities intended to disrupt or interfere with the proper play or conduct of the Sweepstakes or to defraud Released Parties in any way will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Participants who engage in any of the foregoing activities will be disqualified and will forfeit any prize won. If the Internet portion of the program is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, hacking, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of Informa or which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Informa reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process. Informa also reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes for any of the foregoing activities and award the prize from among all entries received via the offline methods of entry and/or all online entries received prior to the time of termination.

7.    By entering, entrants agree that any personal information provided may be held and used by Informa its agents and suppliers to administer this Sweepstakes in accordance with Informa’s Privacy Policy. Informa may send tailored information, including industry insights, exclusive networking opportunities, and access to offers for Informa’s events and products, and those of Informa’s selected partners. Entrants may opt out at any time by clicking unsubscribe or contacting Informa. This Sweepstakes is not intended for gambling. If it is determined that an entrant is using the Sweepstakes for gambling purposes, they will be disqualified from participating and reported to authorities.
