Over two exhilarating days, ten elite collegiate teams—40 of the nation's most promising sales students—will immerse themselves in the cleaning industry through:

  • Dynamic Speed Selling Challenges that push creativity and persuasion to new heights
  • Authentic Role-Play Scenarios featuring actual products and services from today's market
  • Career-Defining Networking with industry pioneers and recruitment teams

The Journey

Day One: Qualifying Rounds

Teams compete in Speed Selling and Role Play scenarios using sponsor products and solutions. Sponsors provide real products for hands-on demonstrations, allowing students to showcase their adaptability and their sales methodologies. This gives brands more exposure, displaying their products and solutions to the entire attendee base.

Day Two: The Grand Finale

Finalists present at the Innovation Theater on the show floor before industry leaders and attendees. Sponsor representatives serve as judges, providing expert evaluation while gaining prime brand visibility during this high-profile showcase event.

This two-day format offers sponsors multiple touchpoints for brand integration, talent evaluation, and meaningful engagement with future sales professionals who will drive industry growth.
