Product Name: KIRA

Keeping facilities clean is hard work. With KIRA (Kärcher Intelligent Robotic Applications), you can easily automate daily scrubbing or daily vacuuming; and refocus your team on higher-value tasks.

Built for real-world environments, these next-generation autonomous scrubbers get the job done right with minimal supervision.

From the Judges: I like that Kärcher offers a full KIRA lineup, from the big KIRA B 200 scrubber to the compact KIRA CV 50 vacuum, so facilities can automate both daily scrubbing and vacuuming. The smart detection system and cloud-connected touchscreen make these robots easy to use.

From the Judges: Nilfisk's VP25 impressed me with how it handles both carpet and hard floors on its own, using 3D LiDAR, depth cameras and sonar to cover up to 14,176 square feet an hour. Certified HEPA filtration and proof-of-clean reporting is cool.

Product Name: VIGGO Mix1Pro

VIGGOMix1Pro is a compact commercial cleaning robot for offices, healthcare, hotels, and schools. It integrates scrubbing, sweeping, vacuuming, dust mopping, and disinfection with adaptive cleaning modes. It delivers a 520 mm cleaning path, 1,197 m²/h productivity, and 13 kg brush-to-floor contact pressure. Its 569 mm low-profile design enables quiet operation below 45 dB for dust mopping and 55 dB for scrubbing.

From the Judges: This one impresses me with how it takes the guesswork out of laundry chemical dosing, using Venturi technology that maintains accuracy from 20 to 90 psi and calibrates itself without scales or graduated cylinders.

Product Name: VIGGO SC50ProPlus

VIGGO SC50 Pro Plus is a mid-size commercial cleaning robot for parking garages, transit hubs, commercial properties, industrial facilities, and warehouses. It integrates scrubbing, sweeping, vacuuming, and dust mopping, with 46 kg brush pressure, a 500 mm cleaning path, and 1,800 m²/h productivity. It supports 6 cm obstacle crossing, 8° climbing, and autonomous operation in dynamic environments.

From the Judges:: I'm impressed by how much VIGGO packed into one autonomous machine, with scrubbing, sweeping, vacuuming and dust mopping in a robot that recognizes parking spaces and works safely around moving vehicles.

Product Name: ACTiV-E Enzymatic Technology

Activ-E™ Enzymatic Technology floor coatings and daily cleaner are designed to finally offer a solution to fats, oils and grease that quickly compromise the floor coating. This revolutionary floor care system includes a proprietary, exclusive probiotic that attacks the problem at its source and protects the floor coating by removing the fats, oils, and grease when cleaned daily.

From the Judges: Commercial kitchen grease is brutal on floor coatings, so I appreciate that Amano Pioneer Eclipse built probiotic enzymes into its products to break down those fats and oils before they do damage. I'm especially impressed that it also tackles the odor in autoscrubber recovery tanks.

Product Name: CleanRx™ Janitorial Cleaning Cart

CleanRx™ is a modular janitorial cart carrying a full floor care kit in one trip. Its base holds a backpack vacuum, dual mop bucket (Unger or others), or 32-gal waste container. Lockable cabinets offer secure storage. Up to 14 holders fit various sized tools, plus an upright vacuum mount. Quiet, non-marking casters roll from carpet to hard floor. With tools, trash, and storage on board, it avoids supply closet trips.

Product Name: BR 13/2 Compact Cylindrical Scrubbe

The BR 13/2 Compact Cylindrical Scrubber is a battery-powered solution built for narrow areas and floors that need a deeper clean. Its dual cylindrical brushes deliver powerful scrubbing on challenging surfaces, including textured floors, grout lines and rubber mats. Its 13” cleaning path and low 14” head height also allow it to clean in tight spaces and beneath low-clearance objects that most scrubbers can’t access.

From the Judges: I like how Tornado packed dual counter-rotating cylindrical brushes into a machine with a 14" head height that slips under low fixtures and into tight spaces. It sweeps light debris into a tray while it scrubs and dries in forward or reverse, which saves crews a lot of extra steps.

Product Name: KongCrete Pad Driver

Our concrete pad driver for autonomous and manual floor machines scrubs, maintains, and polishes concrete like no other pad driver on the market, removing deep stains and acid etching. Compact 5" high-quality phenolic hybrid diamond tooling, pads, and brush options snap in and out without removing the driver, delivering even pressure, consistent results, and faster daily maintenance.

From the Judges: I like that operators can pop out and swap the 5" diamond tooling without ever pulling the driver off the machine, and those segments follow wavy floors and expansion joints on both autonomous and manual equipment.

Product Name: Manta Ray Cylindrical Carpet Cleaner with CoreFlow™ Technology

A breakthrough in carpet care: CoreFlow™, a patent‑pending center‑fed cylindrical system, delivers solution through the core and out perforations across the brush width. Liquid travels down each bristle, penetrating the carpet and creating in‑situ foam inside the fibers. FoamLift™ expands within the pile, pulling soil away from the fibers and suspending it in the foam.

From the Judges: Coming from a carpet cleaning background, I appreciate how CoreFlow™ feeds solution through the center of the brush so every bristle carries it evenly into the fibers instead of leaving it sitting on the surface. The foam forms right inside the pile to lift soil out.

For food safety quality assurance (FSQA) and sanitation managers, CompuSan puts the planning, tracking and documentation of all sanitation activity in the palm of your hand.

From the Judges: I appreciate that Spartan built CompuSan™ specifically for food processing sanitation rather than adapting generic inspection software. Moving from paper binders to a real-time digital record on a phone or browser makes compliance tracking far easier for FSQA and sanitation managers.

Product Name: Infinity Hand Care

Infinity Hand Care delivers a premium hand care experience with high-end formulations and beautifully designed packaging, bringing national-brand aesthetics and quality to professional facilities without the premium cost. Its private-brand approach allows distributors and customers to offer a sophisticated hand care program while strengthening and growing their own brand identity.

From the Judges: Misco Products found a smart way to make private-brand soap look like a national brand, using a clear PET bottle and clear label stock so the product and design work together. I also appreciate the compact dispenser with no proprietary lockout, which gives distributors and facilities real flexibility.
