Yes, after performing extensive research, our audience has asked that we gather, safely, in person this year regardless of the alternate dates and location.

We then made the tough decision to relocate to the event to the Mandalay Bay Convention Center, in Las Vegas, NV, November 16-19, 2020. 

The new location for ISSA Show North America 2020 is in Las Vegas, NV at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center located at 3950 Las Vegas Blvd S, Las Vegas, NV 89119.

Nevada and the City of Las Vegas - has been hyper-focused a progressive reopening and safety plan around their main industry; gaming, hospitality, and tradeshows. It has been our main priority to bring you to a city that is ready to embrace and receive your attendance while simultaneously following strict health and safety protocols.

The self-contained venue will allow our audience to eat, sleep, entertain, network, and attend the event all without having to leave the facility. The space is expansive and allows us to properly spread out, distance, and retain most of the elements making ISSA Show North America special.

ISSA Show North America will be held in accordance with Informa’s AllSecure health and safety standards as well as Mandalay Bay's safety plan. This November, you can expect to see that health and safety is our priority and that a range of measures are in place to ensure everyone is able to enjoy a safe, hygienic, productive and high-quality organized event experience.

We would not be moving forward with the live event if we didn’t feel that all our partners, our ISSA Show North America team and the city of Nevada were not actively planning for a safe experience for all our customers come late November.

We will publicly share our fully transparent AllSecure Plan, once it has been vetted and approved by local health officials.

The minimum age for admission to the show floor is 12 years old.

The ISSA Show Mobile App is available for download here. The 2020 mobile app will be available for download this fall.

Individuals are not allowed to photograph or otherwise film any products or booths on the trade show floor and/or any display area. 

Exceptions are the Press, the Official Show Photographer, and ISSA Show North America’s Video Crew, or as approved by show management.

Violations may result in confiscation of your badge and removal from the show floor. 

Solicitation of business by individuals who are not official exhibitors is not in the best interest of attendees or exhibitors and is strictly prohibited. Show Management takes this matter very seriously and any individual who violates this rule will be asked to leave the show venue immediately without the right to receive any refund of fees.

Expo Only grants you access to the trade show floor and all education sessions in the education theaters on the show floor; Expo Only registrants cannot attend sessions in full conference package or networking events without purchasing the All-Access Pass.

No, you do not have to be a member of ISSA to attend. Members receive reduced rates on their trade show registration fees. Non-members will be charged a non-member rate.

ISSA is a member-based association. Non-member attendees must go through a verification process. You will receive an email regarding your registration within approximately three days.

Yes. ISSA Show North America is a professional trade show for the cleaning industry. It is not open to the general public.  If you are a member, you will need your Company ID number to begin. You can also register onsite in Las Vegas.

No. All attendees must be full-time employees of the company they are representing.

The reason we require unique e-mail addresses is for printing your own unique badge at the event, receiving your confirmation letter, and to receive personalized show updates based on the packages you purchased.

As we know these are difficult times for you we are closely monitoring the developments of COVID-19 through the advice of public health authorities. ISSA Show North America is going ahead as planned and we are working diligently behind the scenes to deliver an impactful and engaging event this coming November.

Conference, Education & Workshops

All conference sessions, networking events, speakers, rooms, times, and locations are listed in My Show Planner. Create your personal planner today and start building your agenda for the week. In September, the official show app will open where you can log in and have access to the schedule you built online, or you can create an account on the mobile app and start planning there.

For any workshop, there will be an exam at the end of class or online. If you pass, then you will become certified. If you attend any other session, (break out or in the theaters) you will receive 1 CEC or CEU credit that can be used towards recertifications. Each session has a different amount of credits depending on length and type.

Acting on behalf of the Informa/ISSA Show North America and as the
official hotel provider for ISSA Show North America 2020 - onPeak has sent out announcements to those who booked in Chicago regarding the postponement of ISSA Show North America to Las Vegas, NV.

onPeak has cancelled all hotel reservations in Chicago, IL. for your convenience requiring no further action from you at this time.

If you still plan to travel to Chicago over the original dates of the event, you will need to contact your hotel directly. Hotel rates will vary, as the event rate is no longer taking place in that city.

As soon as the new hotel block is available, those who have cancelled reservations will receive an email with a link to rebook their hotel room(s) for ISSA Show North America 2020, November 16-19, 2020 in Las Vegas, NV at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center.

If you booked through the official block with onPeak, all reservations were canceled, and no further action is required on your part. Also, no deposits were charged prior to check-in, so guests have no financial liability.

If you booked directly with a hotel or through a third-party agent, please reach out to them.

It has come to our attention that several exhibitors, attendees, and members have been contacted by housing vendors that are offering to provide room rates and hotel services during the ISSA Show North America. While these companies may have secured blocks of rooms at various hotels in and around Las Vegas, NV, they are not the official housing provider for the event. onPeak, ISSA Show North America’s official housing provider. 

Look for the ISSA Show North America Partner seal when placing service orders. Only vendors that are approved by ISSA/Informa are authorized to display the Trade Show Partner seal. These companies want to provide you with the best possible show experience, and the ISSA Show North America guarantees the products and services you receive from its official partners.

onPeak will send an official e-mail announcement as soon as the housing site is ready to those who booked in the block for the ISSA Show North America 2020 in Chicago and an e-mail to those attendees who are already registered for ISSA Show North America 2020 in Las Vegas.

Guests must cancel reservations 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid loss of deposit.

Yes! We partner with a variety of airline and rental car companies to help make your trip to ISSA Show North America as cost-effective as possible. Visit our Travel Page for a complete list of discounts available.

Our main self-parking structure is located on the west side of the building and can be accessed via Hacienda or Frank Sinatra Way. Our convention center parking garage is located on the south end of the building and can be accessed via Las Vegas Boulevard or Russell Road. We also offer valet service in two areas:

  • Delano valet located at the main entrance to Delano
  • Mandalay Bay valet located at the main entrance to Mandalay Bay

Vehicles that are self-parked at any MGM Resorts parking facilities for longer than one hour will be subject to a parking fee. The self-parking fee is $9.00 for vehicles parked between 1-2 hours, $12 between 2-4 hours, and $15 between 4-24 hours at Mandalay Bay and Delano. The valet parking fee is $16 for the first 2 hours (no grace period), $18 for 2-4 hours and $24 between 4-24 hours. All parking fees repeat every 24 hours. Parking ffees may be higher during special events.

Self-parking is complimentary for M life members, level Pearl and higher and valet parking is complimentary for M life members, level Gold and higher.

All complimentary parking is subject to availability. For registered hotel guests, the 24-hour parking fee (self or valet) includes "in and out" privileges at the guest's originating MGM resort and also includes the same "in and out" parking privileges at any other MGM resort within the same 24-hour period, subject to availability. 

Parking fees are subject to change and parking is subject to availability!

onPeak is the only hotel provider for ISSA Show North America —  If you are contacted by other third-party companies offering hotel assistance, please be aware they are not endorsed by our event. Entering into financial agreements with these companies can have costly consequences and are not protected by event management.

Booking in the block provides support for our show in a variety of ways. It allows us to report more accurate economic impact numbers to the city of Las Vegas, Mandalay Bay, and Visit Las Vegas (convention bureau), which strengthens our negotiations for future events. More rooms booked in the block also means we can better meet the needs of our attendees and exhibitors for the future.

Hotel arrangements can be made through the official housing vendor onPeak online here or you book your hotel room during registration. If you don’t know the names of those needing hotel rooms, don’t worry. You can book your hotel reservation and go back in and add the names at a later date.

Please be aware that ISSA Show North America has only one official housing partner: onPeak. You may be contacted by outside vendors claiming to be the official housing partner for ISSA Show North
America 2020, but they are not.

My Show Planner is our easy-to-use online planning tool that centralizes information such as exhibitor listings and educational session descriptions and helps you keep track of what you want to do at the show.

To get started, you simply enter your email address and a password of your choice.

My Show Planner makes it easier for you to plan your show experience so you get the most out of your time on site. Using this tool, you can:

  • Explore the 100+ seminars, hands-on training workshops, and networking events offered, and schedule the specific ones you’d like to attend. (Be sure to purchase the ISSA All-Access Pass, certification workshops, and other optional events when you register.)

  • Sync your My Show Planner schedule with ISSA Show North America Mobile App (available this fall) so you can have access wherever you are.

The official mobile app will open where you can log in and gain access to the entire schedule you built online. In order to use the My Show Planner available on the app, you will need to sign in with your username and password that you received when you registered.

Signing up for sessions through My Show Planner does not register you for ISSA Show North America. My Show Planner is for planning purposes only, and it does not register you for the event.

Certain sessions require a paid registration for submission.

We suggest that you register for the event before creating your planner so that you may purchase the All-Access Pass or workshops & certification courses.

Once you make your purchases and complete your registration, you will be brought to your dashboard where there is an icon to link to your My Show Planner. You will be able to transfer your purchases made and can add the sessions, workshops and certification course(s) that you purchased to your agenda.

Booth selection for 2021 will begin this Fall, and is open to companies who have exhibited in previous years and are in good standing. Once a date has been determined, information will be sent out from the ISSA Show North America sales team.

Booth selection is the process of assigning exhibitor booths to the floor plan. Companies who participate in both the pre-show and onsite space draw can take advantage of cost savings on booth rates and secure premium booth placement on the show floor.

The pre-show booth selection happens in the Fall, prior to the current year's show. A formal e-mail announcement will be sent to all exhibitors with the official dates of the 2021 booth selection soon. 

The onsite booth selection allows exhibitors to secure their next year’s booth space on a first-come, first-served basis.

For general guidelines regarding booth cancellations:

  • If an exhibitor cancels their booth for the 2020 show, ISSA/Informa can transfer your paid 2020 fees and apply them to the 2021 Show. All money will be transferred except the $450 admin fee, which is non-refundable.
  • If an exhibitor cancels their booth for the 2020 show, ISSA/Informa will issue a full refund minus the $450 admin fee.
  • If an exhibitor opts to go with a virtual booth package, ISSA/Informa will apply paid money to the package and can transfer the remaining money to the 2021 show
  • If an exhibitor opts to go with a virtual booth package, ISSA/Informa will apply paid money to the package and can provide a refund for the remaining amount on their balance.

Yes! Through our Guest Program, exhibitors have the opportunity to invite an unlimited number of their clients to the show. Exhibitors will be able to access templated content ready to be easily edited and delivered to your clientelle. The primary booth contact will receive an invitation to access their exhibitor dashboard to the e-mail tool, Feathr. They will also be able to access it directly from their exhibitor dashboard in Map Your Show. Keep an eye out for an e-mail to be released soon! The primary show contact for your company should have received an email with a Company ID and a password to log into your Exhibitor Portal. If you haven't received this password or are having trouble logging in, please contact the ISSA Show North America Sales Team to assist you with your account.

You can access your Exhibitor Portal to build out your company's listing in the official exhibitor directory. This directory serves as the attendee's show planner where they can access the show before it starts, so they don't miss a beat onsite.

Your Exhibitor Portal houses very important exhibitor information that will increase your chances of a successful show. Within your portal, you are able to:

  • View all sponsorship opportunities to increase your exposure
  • Build out your company's listing in the printed and digital version of the Official Exhibit Directory
  • Order booth furnishings and onsite services
  • Register your booth staff for badges to allow access to the trade show floor

The official move-in/move-out and freight services contractor for ISSA Show North America is GES.

Drayage is the moving of the exhibitor’s machinery, etc., off the exhibitor’s truck at the dock to the exhibitor’s booth and back to the dock to be loaded back onto the truck.

Move-in/Move-out dates are based upon your location. Your target move-in date can be found within the Exhibitor Service Manual's Target Floor Plan. To access the Exhibitor Service Manual (ESM), you will need to log into your Exhibitor Portal.


You can request a change to your target move-in date by filling out the Target Variance Request form located in the Exhibitor Service Manual. The date change will need to be approved by GES and Show Management.

Height regulations can be found in the 2020 Booth Construction Guidelines within your Exhibitor Service Manual. Log into your Exhibitor Portal to review it, when it is available.

The deadline to complete the 2020 speaker proposal process was February 14, 2020.

Please download the show branded PowerPoint template for the opening and closing slides to add to your presentation. These slides can be found and downloaded online within your speaker portal. 

We usually find that any font size less than 24 point is too small to be
reasonably read in most presentation situations.

We would prefer to see most text at a 28 or 32- point size, with titles being 36 to 44-point size. Charts and graphics with teeny tiny text are not super useful.

Yes, please upload your presentation in your speaker portal by October 30, 2020 for show management review.

Accepted formats include a thumb drive or via email, by sending it to yourself ahead of time. 

The presentation will be shown on a screen through a projector inside your designated room.

It would be best to embed videos within your presentation as internet connection is not 100% reliable at the convention center.

The ISSA Show North America Conference Team has worked hard to balance speaker room requests with the demands of our contract with Mandalay Bay. Please know we've done the best we can.

All rooms will be set with a podium and microphone, a place for presenters to sit with microphones, a screen, a projector, and an A/V tech to assist you. There will be a water station set up and a literature table for each room. There will be two volunteers per session room: one to scan attendees' badges as they enter, the other to make announcements and introductions at the beginning of the session.

We want your part of ISSA Show North America to be a phenomenal success. If there is anything we can do to assist to make your presentation the best it can be, please reach out to the ISSA Show Conference Team. We also strongly encourage that you will help promote your session. Please use our event Media Kit to help spread the word about the conference and your participation.

You do not qualify for press credentials if you are an advertising/sales rep or any non-editorial personnel; however, we welcome you at the show as a regular attendee.

Anyone with the title of publisher, senior editor, editor, managing editor, reporter, or feature or news editor may register along with one staff photographer.

We require all qualified press to present a photo ID along with one of the following press credentials:

  • Business card from qualifying publication.
  • Listing of name and title on the masthead of qualifying publication.
  • A recent copy of by-lined article or newsletter.
  • Printout of home page [if a website writer].

Freelance writers, artists or those without titles on their business card must have a letter of authorization on letterhead, from the editor of the publication for which you are writing or contributing to a story.

There is no fee for confirmed members of the press. Press members are encouraged to pre-register to receive all show information and updates.

Yes, a camera pass is available, following approval by Show Management. These are available for members of the press registered as a photographer. Camera passes may be picked up onsite at the ISSA Show North America Show Office. 

You can pick up your badge at registration located in the Mandalay Bay Convention Center. For quick and easy badge pickup, bring a copy of your confirmation letter with you (printed or on your mobile device) to the registration counter, scan the bar code, and your badge will be printed instantly!
