Registration FAQs

No, ISSA Show North America is a trade event and only industry professionals are allowed to attend.

ISSA Members receive a discount on select registration packages and events. 

All cancellations must be submitted in writing before October 29, 2024. Cancellations will be assessed a $75 fee.  If you are unable to attend, you may send a substitute.  No refunds will be issued after October 29, 2024.  Admission to the expo hall and donations are non-refundable.  Registration fees cannot be transferred to a future event. 

Badges will NOT be mailed in advance. You will need to pick up your badge at the show site, Mandalay Bay Convention Center, at the registration and badge pick-up counters. If you are attending any education sessions, you MUST check in first to receive your badge. 

Yes. During the registration process, prior to the payment screen, you will see a button “Add Another Registrant”. This enables you to add multiple attendees (each with a different combination if desired) to a single credit card transaction.  Once you have included everyone in your party, you can use the “Proceed to Checkout” button to complete a single transaction.  

Yes. Online registration requires a unique email address for each person registering.  To print your badge onsite, you will need your confirmation email (with barcode).  The confirmation email is sent to the email address on file. The unique email addresses also allow attendees the ability to download their certificates and handouts.

Yes, if you have your confirmation number (Reg-ID, which is the number located under the barcode on your confirmation email), you can make changes to an existing registration.  To edit your registration:

  • Click the “Sign In” link located in the top right corner of this page

  • Enter your last name and Reg ID and click the “Sign In” button

  • Once the MyEvent Dashboard loads, click on the “My Registration” icon 

  • Once the “My Registration” page opens, if you are moving from an Expo Only pass to a conference package, you’ll need to click on the “Edit Information” button; if you already have a conference package and just need to swap sessions, click on the “Session/Event Details” section and click on “Edit Information” button.

Children under the age of 18 are ONLY permitted on the show floor during show hours and must be under direct adult supervision at all times. NOTE:  Children may NOT be on the show floor during move-in or move-out under any circumstances and are not allowed to attend any education/classroom sessions. This is strictly enforced.  All children attending the show are required to be registered and have badges which are provided at no charge.  Badges are not required for very young children, such as infants being carried or children in strollers.

Filming/photography and its activities cannot interfere with exhibit operations nor pedestrian traffic. Photography or videography is permitted only with prior approval of the exhibiting company.  Failure to obtain consent may result in removal from the exhibit hall. No recordings of any kind are allowed in the education sessions.

Coat & Bag Check will be located on Level 1, near the Starbucks in the Bayside Lobby.  Attendees will be charged $4 per item.  Here are the days and house it will be open:

ISSA Show North America offers a wide range of sponsorship and marketing opportunities to drive more booth traffic, deliver sales, increase brand awareness, and showcase new products.

ISSA Show North America exhibitors receive access to the ISSA Show Guest Program, which allows you to invite current and potential customers to attend for free with an Expo Only Pass. 

The program will be available in June, and you can access it through your Exhibitor Resource Center Dashboard by clicking on Customer Invite Program.

The ISSA Show North America 2024 exhibit hall dates and hours are:

  • November 19: 10:00 am – 5:00 pm

  • November 20: 10:00 am – 5:00 pm

  • November 21: 10:00 am – 2:00 pm 

You can access your Exhibitor Resource Center Dashboard by clicking here, and logging in with your email address and password. If you need assistance with your log in, please contact us at [email protected].

To update your company’s directory listing, including selecting or changing your product categories, please log in to your Exhibitor Resource Center Dashboard and review the details under the Complete Your Profile section. 

The Exhibitor Service Kit can be found within your Exhibitor Resource Center. Once you have logged in you can find the information under the Resources menu on the left side. 

Access to the Exhibitor Service Kit resources will be available about four to five months prior to the show. 

Exhibitors will receive one booth staff badge per 100 square feet. Additional badges are available at a cost of $00.00 per badge. Each staff badge includes access to the expo hall (including move-in and move -out).

To register your staff for badges, please log in to your Exhibitor Resource Center Dashboard and click on Register Your Booth Staff. Registration will be available about 2-3 months prior to the show.

ISSA Show North America has partnered with onPeak to provide you with special hotel rates. To book your hotel, please visit our Hotel Booking page. 

You may receive correspondence from companies soliciting hotel rooms for ISSA Show North America. Please note the ONLY company ISSA Show North America has partnered with for hotels is onPeak. If you decided to make hotel reservations with a company not affiliated with ISSA Show North America, it is solely your decision and does not affect your relationship with the show in any way.
