General Show

All times are in the Pacific Time Zone and info subject to change. All events and education session will be held at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center unless otherwise specified. Download the ISSA Show North America 2023 schedule.

This year’s show will be held at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas, Nevada. [3950 South Las Vegas Boulevard, Las Vegas, NV 89119] It’s one of the largest convention centers in the U.S. and a GBAC STAR® accredited facility. Here you will enjoy the convenience of having the show program, expo, and events in one central location, and most hotels are connected or nearby. The Mandalay Bay Conventions Center is close to restaurants and shops and just a 10-minute drive to Harry Reid International Airport.

The main hotel property is the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada. The Mandalay Bay campus includes the hotel, casino, and newly-renovated convention center, plus many restaurants, shops, and activities – all under one roof! Additional room blocks are available at surrounding properties like the Delano Las Vegas, Luxor Las Vegas, New York, New York, MGM Grand, and Park MGM Las Vegas. The Delano is directly connected to Mandalay Bay, and a  tram connects Mandalay Bay and Luxor.

You must book through the official online hotel partner, onPeak, to receive the lowest rates for hotel rooms.  Book now.

For reservation questions or difficulties booking online, contact onPeak directly at 866-575-4149 or [email protected].

We have partnered with select airline and car rental companies to help you save on your trip. Discounts are available off published rates and based on availability, offering the most cost-efficient travel route to the show.

All hotels in the show room block have easy and quick access to Harry Reid International Airport (formerly known as McCarran International Airport). Shuttle buses will not be available this year because many hotels are connected to or within walking distance from Mandalay Bay. There is also a free tram that links Mandalay Bay and Luxor hotels.

Note that if you are at the Luxor and want to travel to Mandalay Bay, you must first take the tram north to Excalibur, remain on the tram, and it will return to Mandalay Bay without stopping at Luxor during the southbound trip. This is one of three free trams operating between hotels that can help you stay off your feet and still enjoy the majority of Las Vegas Boulevard.

Las Vegas will host its first Formula 1 Las Vegas Grand Prix race. This event is not expected to disrupt ISSA Show North America. However, we strongly recommend booking hotel rooms early and making your restaurant reservations ahead of time for best availability.

Opening ceremonies for the race will be in the evening on Wednesday, November 15, and are not located near Mandalay Bay. The Las Vegas strip will be closed north of Tropicana hotel starting Wednesday, November 15, at 5:00pm for practice runs. The races will take place on Friday, November 17 through Sunday, November 19.
