Setting Up, Accessing & Live Chats

For all exhibitor virtual business cards, the exhibiting company's primary point of contact is responsible for designating and setting up all virtual business cards in their Exhibitor Dashboard.

Primary Exhibit Contacts

Setting Up Your Company's Virtual Business Cards

Only the primary exhibit contact for your Virtual Exhibit, must determine who will receive your company's allotted Virtual Business Cards. These contacts will ‘staff’ your virtual exhibit during the show and will be visible to all My Virtual Planner account holders.

Once created, your staff's Virtual Business Cards will appear in your company's Virtual Exhibit Directory listing for attendees to access. Attendees can reach out to these contacts via email and through live chat.

Virtual Business Cards can be administered by you through your Exhibitor Dashboard. Be sure to create one for yourself!


Virtual Business Cards are managed by your company's primary exhibit contact and administered through your company's Exhibitor Dashboard.


Once logged into your Exhibitor Dashboard, select the button labeled Virtual Exhibitor Profile Checklist.


Select the line time labeled Add Virtual Business Card Contacts.


On the Virtual Business Card Contacts page you can add, remove, edit and send email vertifications to your virtual exhibit contacts.

Accessing Your Virtual Business Card

Once the primary contact for your virtual exhibit has created your virtual business card, it will appear in your company's Virtual Exhibit Directory listing for attendees to access.

When attendees visit your Virtual Exhibit Directory listing they can: add you to their My Virtual Planner, email you through your My Virtual Planner Chat Dashboard and connect with you through LinkedIn.

Log Into Your My Virtual Planner.


In order to access your Virtual Business Card, the primary exhibit contact must use the same email address associated with your My Virtual Planner account.


If you have received a Virtual Business Card from your company's primary point of contact, your My Virtual Planner account will enable you to chat directly with attendees. Select the My Chat button.


Manage your Virtual Experience chats through your My Chat dashboard.

Here, you can manage messages, browse and save contacts by name, availability and company.


Send messages directly to attendees, exhibitors and peers through your My Chat dashboard.


The exhibitor chat feature does not allow exhibitors to contact attendees without their permission. Exhibitors are can only respond to direct inquiries with you or your Virtual Exhibit Directory.


You Must Register as an Exhibitor First

This year, there is not a registration site for exhibitors. All exhibiting personnel, including yourself, MUST create a My Virtual Planner to access the Virtual Experience.

Exhibitors register for FREE through the My Virtual Planner. By registering through My Virtual Planner, exhibitors can access view attendee profiles, participate in live chats, engage in the interactive matchmaking program, and more!
