ISSA Show North America 2020 will be held in Chicago, IL, USA, October 26 - 29, 2020. Education sessions only day is October 26. Exhibit days are October 27 - 29. The event will be held at McCormick Place, located at 2301 S King Dr, Chicago, IL 60616. Registration will be located in the Grand Lobby outside of the South Hall and the trade show is located in the North Hall.

No you do not have to be a member of ISSA to attend. Members receive reduced rates on their trade show registration fees. Non-members will be charged a non-member rate. To learn more about ISSA membership, visit issashow.com/join or call 800-451-1196.

The ISSA Show North America offers a variety of options that allow you to customize your experience, and the earlier you register, the more you save. Full list of registration options coming soon.

If you are a member, you will need your Company ID number to begin. You can also register on site in Chicago, but please note that fees will be higher at that time, and you will wait in line. Registration coming soon.

ISSA is a member-based association. Non-member attendees must go through a verification process. You will receive an email regarding your registration within approximately three days.

First check your spam filter. If you do not find your confirmation letter with your barcode there, you can log back into the registration portal to check that you have entered the correct email address. Within the portal, you will be able to re-send your confirmation letter. If you need assistance, please call ISSA toll free at 800-451-1196. You can also email us at [email protected].

Please click on the unique registration ID number found in your registration confirmation email; this will take you back to your original registration where you will be able to edit profile information and change the name of the registrant who will be attending. If you can’t locate your confirmation letter, just visit the registration page and sign in to update the name. For further assistance, please call ISSA Show North America toll-free at 800-451-1196. You can also email us at [email protected].

You can register for upgrades online or on site. To register online, click on the unique registration ID number found in your registration confirmation email; this will take you back to your original registration, where you can add certification workshops or the All-Access Pass to your registration. Fees will apply.

Yes. ISSA Show North America is a professional trade show for the cleaning industry. It is not open to the general public.

No. All attendees must be full-time employees of the company they are representing.

The reason we require unique e-mail addresses is for printing your own unique badge at the event, receiving your confirmation letter, and to receive personalized show updates based on the packages you purchased.

Hotel arrangements can be made with the official housing vendor onPeak, or you can register for the show and book a hotel room during the same session. If you don’t know the names of those needing hotel rooms, don’t worry. You can book your hotel reservation and go back and add the names at a later date. Please be aware that ISSA Show North America has only one official housing partner: onPeak. You may be contacted by outside vendors claiming to be the official housing partner for ISSA Show North America 2020, but they are not.

Yes, however, full admission fees apply.

My Show Planner makes it easier for you to plan your show experience so you get the most out of your time on site. Using this tool, you can:

  • Explore the 100+ seminars, hands-on training workshops, and networking events offered, and schedule the specific ones you’d like to attend. (Be sure to purchase the ISSA All-Access Pass, certification workshops, and other optional events when you register.)
  • Browse hundreds of exhibitor listings, explore new companies, and save time by adding them to the list of exhibitors you want to visit.
  • Sync your My Show Planner schedule with ISSA Show North America Mobile App (available this fall) so you can have access wherever you are.
  • The best part is that you’ll have your schedule at your fingertips throughout the entire event. 
  • Book appointments with exhibitors to schedule dedicated face-to-face time.

All conference sessions, networking events, speakers, rooms, times, and locations are listed in My Show Planner. Create your personal planner today and start building your agenda for the week. In September, the official show app will open where you can log in and have access to the schedule you built online, or you can create an account on the mobile app and start planning there.

Certain sessions require a paid registration submission. We suggest that you register for the event before creating your
planner so that you may purchase the all-access pass or workshops & certification courses. Once you make your purchases and complete your registration, you will be brought to your dashboard. In the dashboard there
will be an icon to link to My Show Planner that will transfer your purchases made and enable you to add the session/workshop/certification course(s) that you purchased to your agenda.  

For any workshop, there will be an exam at the end of class or online. If you pass then you will become certified. If you attend any other session, (break out or in the theaters) you will receive 1 CEC or CEU credit that can be used towards recertifications. Each session has a different amount of credits depending on length and type.

The ISSA Show Mobile App will be available for download on this website August 2020.

You can obtain a receipt or confirmation letter by two different methods. You can log back into your registration account and on the dashboard there is a button to send to the e-mail you used to register. You may also call the registration help line during regular business hours (CST) at 866-860-1971.

ISSA Show North America does not provide refunds. For refunds regarding membership, you will need to speak with a customer service representative. To request a refund for paid membership, please call 800-451-1196 to speak with a customer service representative.

All cancelations will incur a $35 administration fee. The exhibits only fee is non-refundable. No refunds will be issued after September 15, 2020.
